At Hemingway's By the Sea we have two spacious suites and one luxurious room for you to enjoy. The Hemingway Suite is the largest at 750 square feet. The Serengeti is the next largest at 725 square feet. The Key West Room has a queen bed and a double hide-a-bed. It is possible to expand the Key West Room if you need additional space. Please inquire if you have this need.

Our Booking Policies

Above rates are per night. Single or double occupancy. Plus 5% GST.
Additional guest $35 Canadian per person per night.
Cancellation Policy: 10- day cancellation policy.
Your accommodation confirmation is guaranteed with one night's deposit at time of booking.
Full balance payable upon arrival by Visa, MasterCard, traveler's checks or cash.
To cancel a reservation, a written notice is required and must be acknowledged by your host, it must be received 10 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund (less a $35 CAN administration fee).
Rates shown are in Canadian funds.
Any last minute deals are non-refundable.
Check-in time: 4 pm; Check-out time: 11 am
Late Arrivals: Please call if late arrival is expected.
Please ask if you intend to bring pets, we do have a few restrictions.
We are a non-smoking accommodation and permit smoking only outside on the terrace or in the gardens.
For weekly stays, your confirmation is guaranteed with 25% deposit. Minimum 15 days notice required for return of deposit, less $35 (Canadian) processing fee.
For monthly stays, your confirmation is guaranteed with 1/2 of the month/s rate.
Minimum 30 days notice required for return of deposit, less $35 (Canadian) processing fee.
