Our legendary and delicious five-course breakfasts are freshly prepared each morning and served in our beautiful dining room. Coffee and an assortment of teas are available at 8:30 am and you can relax and meet the other guests in our spacious lounge or around the breakfast table. Breakfast is served at 9 am. Each day offers new tastes and old favorites in a creative and healthy balance. Innkeeper Ilona Landahl, combines the freshest ingredients, in-season fruits and vegetables and her exceptional culinary skills to create an impressive array of traditional recipes and more exotic dishes with a flair. |
| When you sit down to enjoy our breakfast, you will notice the special care taken in the table settings, which just emphasize what is to come. Tea, freshly brewed coffee, and freshly squeezed juice, along with in-season fresh fruit plates, and an assortment of fresh baking, including items such as hot cross buns, cinnamon bread, crusty rolls, whole grain bread, croissants, and toast & homemade and jams, will get you taste buds jumping. An assortment of cereal will also be available. This is followed by delicious hot entrees, such as homemade crepes, German apple pancakes, waffles, French toast, omelets, farm fresh eggs, fresh organic sausages, vegetarian dishes, quiche, bacon, and more. Drinks include freshly brewed coffee, teas, fresh orange and apple juice, and milk. We also will cater to your special dietary needs (i.e. low fat, vegetarian, etc.). Our guests say that our servings are ample, so make sure you bring your appetite. |
