We've installed state of the art electronic door locks for our guests (no keys to lose), allowing guests to have access to the house and rooms 24/7 during their stay, codes change with every guest so security is ensured. The check in process is a breeze, done in advance which allows you to arrive at your leisure without a set time that can put a strain on your schedule.

The guest lounge has a fireplace, inviting you to relax in the custom furniture to sit in comfort while planning your day, or sitting back after a day spent sight seeing.

Beautiful large bedroom, you will enjoy the extra space. Sofa with queen pull out bed, this room is fabulous, allowing options for the traveler. The spacious en suite bath allows for pampering yourself with a separate shower and soaker tub.

• One night minimum stay for Winter & Shoulder season
• Two nights minimum stay for Peak season (unless there is a gap, just enquire)
• Three nights are required for all US and Canadian Summer long weekends
• Two nights are required for all other long weekends
• Four nights are required for Christmas and New Year's dates
• Reservations Required
• 50% deposit (or one night, which ever is greater) charged to your credit card at booking, remaining is charged 30 days prior your arrival
• Cancellation Policy
  • Bookings less than one week - 14 days notice for full refund of deposit (less $25 Administration Fee per room), cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the deposit, within 7 days will forfeit the full payment
  • Weekly and monthly bookings - require 30 days notice of cancellation for full refund of deposit (less $25 Administration Fee per room), cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the full payment
  • If any nights can be rebooked with respect to the above cancellations they will be credited back to the guest.
