Rates & Policies:

Nightly: $125 - $285 (CDN$) Weekly: $785 - $1700 (CDN$) Internet service is provided throughout the house with high-speed, wireless service. Off-street Parking is available for guests. Extra Guests can be accommodated in Camelot Room only. A charge of $40 per guest per night is required to cover extra cleaning, laundry and food costs. Cancellations for short-term stays: We take the first night's deposit in advance to confirm reservations. Cancellations or changes made at least 14 days prior to reservation are charged a $40 administrative fee. If less than 14 days notice is given, the deposit will be withheld. Cancellations for longer-term stays: We request a deposit of 50% of the cost of a long term stay. Cancellations or changes require notice within 90 days of making the reservation. Within that time, deposits are refunded minus a $25 administration fee. When cancellations are made after the 90 days has passed, the deposit may be withheld entirely.
