• Cancellations for stays of 1 - 4 nights: We take the first night's deposit in advance to confirm reservations.
• Cancellations or changes made at least 14 days prior to reservation are charged a $40 administrative fee. If less than 14 days notice is given, the deposit will be withheld.
• Cancellations for stays of 5 - 7 nights: We require a non-refundable deposit of one night's stay. Cancellations or changes require notice within 30 days of arrival date. Changes or cancellations within 30 days charged 50% of total cost of stay.
