• Oct - April considered Discounted Room Rates.

• Minimum Stay may be required on weekends and holidays.
• A deposit of one night's room rate or 50% of entire stay (whichever is greater) is processed at the time of reservation to guarantee booking.
• The balance is due upon arrival or on your originally scheduled date of arrival, and is charged to your credit card at that time.
• We have a 14 day cancellation policy.
• All cancellations MUST be made by telephone.
• A $30 CAD administration fee per room applies to all cancellations or adjustments.
• If you cancel outside of 14 days, the remainder of your deposit will be refunded.
• If you cancel 14 or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival your entire deposit will be forfeited.
• No Shows and unscheduled early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.
• Check-in: 4 pm - 6 pm. Later check-in can be arranged.
• Check-out: 11 am.
• No Children.
• Smoking is permitted only on decks and oceanfront patio.
