Guest Rooms/Rates

The Ranch Room offers a king-sized bed with plush mattress. The Racing and Rodeo Rooms each are furnished with king-sized plush mattresses. The Cavalry Room has two twin-sized beds. The Native American Room is furnished with a king-sized pillow top mattress. These rooms are handicapped friendly. All rooms have wall-to-wall premium carpeting. We work very hard to make the B&B a comfortable place for all our guests to stay. Please read our policies, found at the bottom of this page. We want you to be comfortable staying with us.

Policies
  • This is a nonsmoking facility. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property, including inside and outside. This is for the comfort of guests as well as the safety of the National Forest.
  • Check-in is 4:30 to 5:30 pm, check-out 11am
  • For the comfort of all guests, please do not bring pets.
  • Children over 12 are welcome. Younger children permitted only if the whole house is rented.
  • Cancellation at least 14 days prior to arrival date: no penalty; gift certificate will be issued for amount of deposit for later stay.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days prior: no refund of deposit.
  • Regardless of late check-in or early departure, guest is responsible for payment for all reserved dates.
  • Guest use of kitchen facilities is not permitted due to health code regulations. Please, no guest cooking at the house!
  • Whole house rental refers to payment of one flat rate nightly for reserving the whole house. Whether one bedroom or all five are used, a rental of the whole house is a discounted rate compared to renting each room individually, and guarantees your privacy. Maximum capacity: 11 guests. If guests reserve the whole house, please recognize that a "refund" will not be issued for "unoccupied" bedrooms.
