We have two beautiful bedrooms available.
Northwest: King bed, bathroom with shower, and private access to patio and swimming pool.
Southeast: King bed and bathroom with full bath/shower. This room has an adjacent room with 2 twin beds to accommodate children or larger groups for an additional charge.

Other Information:

Check In: 3 pm; Check Out: Noon
The pool in the back yard is not fenced or heated.
No toddlers or children under 6 unless they are accomplished swimmers.
No phones provided in bedrooms - house phone is available to guests.
Rooms are non-smoking. Smoking permitted on front porch and back patio.
Small pets welcome in NW room with prior approval and additional charge.

Rates (Based on single or double occupancy):
  • June - September $89/night
  • Oct, Nov, Dec, Apr, May $115/night
  • January - March, $135/night
  • Rates include breakfast and free internet access.
Reservations:
  • Valid credit card required to make reservation
  • Visa, M/C, Travelers Checks, and Cash accepted
  • First night's stay may be charged when reservation is made
  • 14 Days notice needed for full refund
  • Check with innkeeper for cancellation policy during special events, e.g. Super Bowl week and Spring Training.
