  • Cancellation: In order to cancel a reservation, the inn must be called 15 days or more prior to the reservation arrival date or you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. If we are able to re-rent a portion or all of your stay, you will be refunded the re-rented amount. Any cancellation will result in a $25 cancellation fee. No shows receive no refund and will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
  • Payment: For each suite reserved a minimum 1 night deposit will be taken at the time of reservation with the credit card provided to us. The balance of the stay is due at check-in and payable with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Traveler's Checks, and cash.
  • Sorry, no pets allowed. For local boarding, approximately a quarter of a mile away, Bark N Purr will care for your pet, to contact them please call, (928) 282-4108.
  • Smoking is allowed outdoors only, we do not have any smoking suites and ask that you be considerate of others guests if you smoke.
