As night time falls on my Arizona home
The sky twinkles with a million lights
In the shadow of the hills descends a quiet calm
We love starry Arizona Nights

As dawn creeps forth the canyons fill with haze
The purple mountains shimmer in the sun
in this land of solitude and endless summer days
Our day among the cowboys has begun
