A deposit of one night's room rental is required for reservations of 1 - 3 days, or 50% of the total for reservations of 4 or more days.
Your credit card information will be accepted in lieu of a cash deposit and will not be charged unless your reservation is canceled according to the following guidelines.
Once your reservation has been confirmed by email, you will have 72 hours to reconsider without incurring a cancellation fee ($15).
For reservations made for January 1 through December 31 the deposit is fully refundable up to two weeks prior to the first day of the reservation (minus a $15 processing fee).
Exception is made for the yearly special event dates which require 4 weeks notice to cancel.
If a cancellation is received later than the periods described above, the deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable) and the reserving party will be responsible for payment of all of the remaining reserved room nights unless the room is rented again.
However, these "paid" room nights may be applied toward a future Sam Hughes visit if used no later than 1 year after the original reservation.
