 Prescott, Arizona Bed & Breakfast: Nestled on an acre fragranced by roses, peonies and wildflowers and graced by majestic pines and cedars, the Prescott Pines Inn is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway, a comfortable business stay, or for an escape to rejuvenate body and soul. The soft rose, cream and blue of the gardens is found in each of the eleven guestrooms. Comfort and convenience are subtly blended to provide the best of both: private baths, porch entry, ceiling fans, period wallpapers, lace, warm oak and pine furnishings. Three rooms have romantic fireplaces and eight have kitchenettes. All rooms have color cable TV and phones.

Prescott Pines Inn - Prescott, Arizona Come indulge in the warmth and graciousness of home. Celebrated for its charm, its gardens, and its comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, The Prescott Pines Inn is truly a special place where the simplest pleasures become cherished memories.

Complimentary fresh coffee, teas and seasonal beverages as well as our homemade cookies, are available to our guests in the parlor during office hours. Our optional, sit-down breakfast is a sumptuous affair, only $5 per guest. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests per seating, with seatings at 8 A.M. and 10 A.M. We serve breakfast every day.

All guestrooms are located in one of four guesthouses around the main house. Each room has a private bath (tub and/or shower), private outside entry, queen or king-size bed, individual heat and A/C, phone, cable television ; some have kitchenette,or full kitchen.

Rates and Policies:

  • Room rates range from $80 - $135 per night.
  • Room rates reflect single/double occupancy.
    • Taxes and breakfast are additional.
    • Rates may change without notice.
    • Holidays and rodeo week may require a two-night minimum stay and rates may be slightly higher.
  • A prepayment of one night stay plus tax or half of your multiple-night stay total (whichever is greater) is required.
    • We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks (if enough time to clear).
    • Balance is due upon arrival.
  • We require at least 7 days notice of cancellation for a full refund of your deposit.
    • For cancellations received with less than the required notice, we are able to refund your deposit less a 15% cancellation fee, ONLY if your rooms are resold.
    • 14 days notice for Chalet or if weekly, holiday period or 3 or more rooms per night.
    • 21 days notice if Rodeo period (4th of July), group or whole Inn.
  • Check-In: 3 - 7 P.M. (please make arrangements beforehand if your arrival is delayed.)
  • Check-Out: Noon.
  • No Smoking, No Pets.
