Introduction

Moved in 1990 to its present location in the center of Prescott’s Historic District, this 1906 Victorian was renovated and turned into a bed and breakfast. Although the house is decorated with style and comfort in mind, the 100 year old molding, doors and staircase, as well as the ten foot ceilings, were preserved to capture the history of this beautiful Victorian home. The Pine View Suite
The Pine View Suite 		Located three blocks from the Courthouse Plaza center, walking to restaurants, boutiques, galleries, museums and antique shops is easy – if you can tear yourself away from the warm and comfortable surroundings and accommodations. All four guest rooms have private baths and two are 2-room suites, one with a fireplace and the other with private deck. The house is fully air conditioned and has high speed wireless internet.

The Pine View Suite
This large romantic upstairs suite has a living room with bay windows, fireplace and sleeper sofa. The beautifully appointed bedroom has a king-size bed and a large private bathroom with double sinks and combination tub/shower. Rate: $185 plus tax
The Terrace Suite
The elegant downstairs suite has a living room with a sleeper sofa and a connecting private covered deck, perfect for enjoying the summer breezes. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bathroom with combination tub/shower. Rate: $160 plus tax.
The Prescott Room
The bright and sunny upstairs corner room with a view of the tree covered mountains has a king-size bed and private bathroom with shower, across the hall from the room. Rate: $130 plus tax.
The Garden Room
This cheerful upstairs corner room has white wicker furnishings to remind you of an English garden, with queen-size bed and private bathroom with shower. Rate: $130 plus tax.
Policies
  • Rates are based on single or double occupancy and include a full hot breakfast.
  • There is a $20 charge for each additional person over two in the suites.
  • All rates are subject to a room tax.
  • Check-in from 3 to 5 p.m.
  • Check-out by 11 a.m.
