| Ariel's Banana Nut Bread |
Cream:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
3 bananas
One grated carrot
Sift and add to creamed mixture:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Add:
1/2 cup chopped nut meats
Bake in oiled bread pan at 350° for 1 hour.
