Baked Apples With Granola Filling

4 Baking Apples-I have found Braeburn do well; Granny Smith stays too firm
Granola Mix
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
vanilla yogurt

Wash and core apples. Cut thin slice around the top of the apple. Place apples in baking dish. Fill the cored out section with granola until piled above the apple. Pour orange juice around the apples in dish, and drizzle honey over the granola. Bake at 350 degrees basting often for about 30 minutes.

Cut apples in half and place in dessert dish with one tablespoon of vanilla yogurt on top.

Serves 4
