La Roca Casita

This well-planned 550 square foot guest house is a luxury "home away from home". It is in a prestigious residential area with tall trees, where all of the houses have beautifully landscaped grounds. Within walking distance to Hilton Village and the Borgata, it is a short drive to upscale malls and the Arabian horse shows. There are fine restaurants in the vicinity, and enjoy a short walk to the canal for walking or jogging. Tennis and golf are nearby. The friendly, helpful innkeepers live in a separate house on the same acre. They have lived in Arizona a long time and are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Southwest.

• Rates: $200/night
• Breakfast: Two days' breakfast supplies are stocked for self-catering; after that, guests provide their own.
• Maximum number of guests: 2
• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• No smoking on property, no pets, no children.
• Deposit: Fifty percent is required at the time reservation is made.
• Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, checks upon arrival.
• For longer stays, a month's payment is due at the beginning of each additional month.
• If cancellation occurs 30 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 service charge.
• Within the 30-day period, the deposit minus $25 will be issued only if we are able to re-rent the accommodations for the entire period of your reservation.
