All rates are based on single or double occupancy.
We can typically accommodate a third person in a room and the charge for this is an additional $30 per night.
We do have seasonal specials on rates.
To confirm your reservation, a minimum deposit equal to 50% of the total is required. Your credit card deposit is
processed at the time of booking.
We do not accept personal checks.
Final payment is due upon arrival.
We charge an administrative fee of $25 for cancellations.
Cancellations in respect of any part of your booking must be received at least 30 days prior to date booked for check-in, otherwise we charge at the full rate for your reserved stay.
We always rebook the room if we can and refund you the money received.
Check-in time is from 3 to 6 pm. If you will be arriving after 6 pm, you must call to make arrangements.
Check-Out time is 11 am.
