completed during recent renovations. $69 per night.

One hundred year old bedroom from the original Jenny Kent House. In recent times this bedroom has acquired a large adjoining bathroom with separate bathtub and standing shower. $69 per night. Guest Bedroom

Jenny Kent B&B Rules and Information
  • Room Rate for all of our six rooms is $69 per night including taxes.
  • We only accept Visa and Mastercard.
  • To place a reservation we charge a credit card for one day which is refundable if we are given 24 hours notice of cancellation.
  • Children over 12 welcome.
  • We are sorry but we do not allow pets.
  • No smoking inside the house, Ashtrays are provided on the front porch.
  • Breakfast is served at 8:15 am. If you have any particular breakfast preferences, please let us know the night before.
  • Towels and wash cloths are changed daily. Sheets are changed every three days.
  • For the four new rooms, fire extinguishers and escape ladders are in the common hallway. The smoke detector in the upstairs hallway sends an alarm to the Yuma Fire Department. Please be careful not to smoke.
  • Please let us know if there is any way we can make your stay more pleasant.
  • Check out time is 12 noon.
