Starlight Pines - Built to replicate a 1912 Victorian farmhouse, Starlight Pines is at the foot of Mount Elden, about a five-minute drive from downtown. Stay in the Lily Room and you have a private balcony with a view of Mount Elden. All bathrooms have claw-footed tubs. There's a wraparound front porch, and shih tzus Moo Shu and Taz are always eager to socialize. Guests eat breakfast at a common dining-room table. The Victorian style house boasts broad, oak-plank floors throughout. Rooms are outfitted with antiques gathered from across the Southwest, Tiffany lamps, 14-foot ceilings, picture railings, and two wood-burning fireplaces. Our fabulous 70 foot wrap-around porch with swing is also very inviting during the spring, summer and fall. You'll enjoy gourmet breakfasts served with the flair of a fine Sunday dinner in the bright and airy dining room. The details of old fashioned romance are also prevalent throughout, from no TV's, VCR's or DVD players, bubble bath for the claw foot tubs, and fresh flowers in your room! The distinctive guest rooms (Dragonfly, Lily, Art Deco, and Peacock) have private baths and their own unique personalities. Breakfast in "your" room is available for an additional charge. For those traveling on business, we do have wireless Internet throughout our bed and breakfast! |

Your Innkeepers Richard and Michael moved from a suburb of Chicago to run the Flagstaff Bed and Breakfast in April 2004 with help from their buddies, Taz and Mooshu! Richard is currently the President of the Northern Arizona Bed & Breakfast Association and has been re-elected for 2007 as President as well! Richard has also been on the board of directors to the State of Arizona's bed and breakfasts for the past few years as well! Additionally, he is serving his second term on the Northern Arizona Pride Association. By serving on these three boards, Richard feels that he is giving back to the community and helping them all move in a forward and positive direction! |
