  • Room rates are for double occupancy. Deduct $10 for single occupancy.
  • Children 12 and under stay free.
  • Two-night minimum stay required weekends and major holidays.
  • A confirmation deposit equal to greater of one night or one third of the
    estimated total stay required with reservation. Balances due in full at check-in.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and cash.
  • Should it become necessary to cancel a reservation, please provide written notice
    a minimum of 72 hours prior to check-in date to receive a refund, less $20 charge.
  • For cancellations with shorter notice, deposit funds will be applied to cover any
    night(s) of the reserved stay for which the room is not subsequently occupied.
  • Smoking is only permitted outside, away from open doors and windows.
  • There are no pets on the premises, and we regret that no pets can be accommodated.
  • Check-in: 3 - 6 pm. Please notify us should a later arrival time be required.
  • Check-out 11 am. Requests for later check-out honored whenever possible.
