Flagstaff, Arizona Bed & Breakfast: The inn has two luxuriously decorated and comfortable guestrooms featuring queen-size beds with canopies, decorated for romance and tranquility, including fresh flowers (in summer) that bring the outdoors inside. Wake up each morning to a delicious gourmet breakfast served between 8 - 9 a.m. each morning in our dining room, or weather permitting on the patio in the garden (in summer). Your breakfast may include fresh fruits, yogurt/fruit/granola parfait, fruit juices, a freshly baked selection of muffins and rolls, and a main entree.

Guest Rooms/Rates

The inn has three guest rooms decorated for peace and tranquility. Each room has a private bath in your suite, a ceiling fan, color cable TV, and a mini-refrig stocked with cheese, crackers, and soda. Decorated in luxurious traditional styles, each room has a queen size bed, piled high with pillows. Our warm and comfortable rooms include color cable TV with remote control, easy chair, ceiling fan, and alarm clock (which we hope you won't use). All rooms are NON-SMOKING.

The Garden Room
The Garden Room
The Garden Room, located on the second floor, is decorated in bright pinstripes with rose and peach flowers, reminiscent of fields of wild flowers, and has a sitting area with two reclining easy chairs for relaxing. In summer, watch the sun set from your private balcony overlooking the gardens. In winter, curl up in front of your own fireplace and enjoy views of snow-covered Mt. Elden (weather cooperating). $149/night

The Patio Room is the only room on the first floor and has direct access out to the garden. It is decorated in cooling shades of blue and green, and has a sitting area with two easy chairs to enjoy your private fireplace. It is right next to the kitchen -- handy for that first cup of coffee in the morning. The luxurious queen size Murphy bed has an inner spring mattress and folds away for more space during the day. $129/night The Patio Room

The Forest Room
The Forest Room, located on the second floor, is decorated in cooling shades of green and has a window overlooking the garden and an easy chair. Cool comfort and luxury are yours.$109/night


We maintain an atmosphere of peace and tranquility and encourage you to
get away from everyday urban life. So, we do not provide in-room phones.

Rates:
  • Rates are per night for double occupancy and include a full gourmet breakfast.
  • (State and local taxes not included).
  • There is a two-night minimum on holiday weekends.
  • To confirm a reservation we will need a credit card number or prepayment in full.
  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, personal checks, traveler's checks and cash.
  • All balances due in full at Check-in.
  • Call us for available dates and to make reservations. (By the way, Flagstaff is on Mountain Standard Time all year. We do not switch to daylight savings time.)

Policies:
  • Pets are welcome - click here for more information.
  • Check in time is 4 - 6 PM. Please call the host with an approximate time if at all possible, and definitely if you need to arrive later. (866) 44ELDEN (866-443-5336). For check-in after 9 pm, there is a $35 late check-in fee.
  • Check out time is 11 AM.
  • Multiple night minimums may be required on weekends, holidays, or during special events.
  • Children over 8 years old are welcome and can stay in a separate room.
  • A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total stay is needed to hold the room. This can be done by credit card, personal check, or travelers' check. If you are making a reservation less than one week out, you can use a credit card to guarantee your reservation.
  • Advance reservations are recommended.
  • No refund for early checkout. Guests are responsible for all rooms and nights reserved regardless of the actual arrival or departure date or number of rooms used.
  • Payment in full is due upon arrival.
  • Due to our proximity to the National Forest, Elden House is a SMOKE-FREE facility INSIDE AND OUT.
  • Cancellations are allowed with a full refund if received 15 days in advance of scheduled arrival date.
  • Reservations made less than 15 days in advance are non-cancelable and require full payment at the time the reservation is made.
  • Deposits will be refunded if the room can be re-rented.
