Just three blocks from historic downtown, this unique hillside home has pine, wild oak and aspen trees on a large property. Relax in the hammock or in the scattered seating across the property. Naturally cool in the summer, the 1200 square foot Southwestern suite has private entrance, bedroom with an extra long king bed, down pillows and comforter, cedar wall paneling and saltillo tile.   • Location: Four blocks East of San Francisco on Cherry Avenue
  • Host couple: Outdoor enthusiasts who enjoying hiking, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, gardening, woodworking, sewing and reading.
  • Rates:
    • Double occupancy with a two-night minimum,
    • Friday and Saturday $125/night.
    • Sunday through Thursday $ 115. Plus tax.

  • Breakfast: Self-catering, continental plus.
  • Pets in Home: None
  • Maximum Number of Guests: 2
  • Minimum Stay: Two nights
  • Restrictions: No smoking, no pets, no children.
  • Foreign Language: A little Spanish
  • Environmentally Friendly: Yes
  • Check in: 4 - 6 p.m. or as arranged - hosts are very flexible
  • Check out: 11 a.m., or 2 p.m. if there are no incoming guests
  • Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
    • Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation.
    • The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival.
    • At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
    • Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
    • For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date.
    • All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge.
    • For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
