Desert Trails Bed & Breakfast

Rates are ($140 - $165)/day for two persons not including breakfast. Extra person $10/day, breakfast $5/person/day. Stays longer than 1 week are $10/day less (2 persons). There is a 3 night minimum.

• Guesthouse rates are based on double occupancy but do not include breakfast; however, breakfast is available for an additional $5 per person should you wish to have it.*
• Guesthouse additional persons: adults $10, children $5, breakfast $5 per person.
• The above rates are all inclusive and there are no additional charges for tax.
• A two night minimum is required on weekends and holidays.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • All reservations require a minimum of one night deposit per three night stay.
  • A full refund of your deposit, less a $25 service charge per room, will be given if notice of cancellation is received 14 days in advance of the reservation arrival date.
  • If reservations are cancelled less than 14 days in advance, your deposit will be returned less the cancellation fee only if the accommodation is rebooked.
• Personal checks, travelers checks,VISA, M/C, and Discover are accepted.
• Check-in time: 3 - 6 p.m. (Late arrivals by special arrangement)
• Check-out time: 11 a.m.
• No pets, please
• Outside smoking only
• Children with well-behaved parents are welcome
