There is major highway construction taking place in Tucson for the next three years.
The following directions are the best way to avoid the worst of the congestion.
From I-10 East, Phoenix and points North:
Exit I-10 East at El Camino del Cerro/Ruthrauff Road. Exit #252.
At end of ramp turn left. Follow Ruthrauff Road for 3.8 miles. It will curve a bit and turn into Wetmore Road.
At 3.8 miles turn right on Stone Avenue. Take Stone for 3.5 miles and turn left on Speedway Boulevard.
Go 3/10 of a mile and turn right at the traffic signal at 4th Avenue.
Go one block and turn right on E. 1st Street.
We are at 309 on the right at the end of the block.

From Tucson Airport:
The road leading out of the terminal is Tucson Boulevard. Take it for about 3 miles.
It will bend slightly to left at traffic light and become Benson Highway.
Follow it for about half a mile and at the traffic light turn right on Kino Parkway.
Follow this road all the way into town. When Kino crosses Broadway it will become Campbell Boulevard.
Stay in the left lane and follow past the University of Arizona campus.
Turn left on Speedway Boulevard. Go 2 miles and turn left at the 4th Avenue traffic light.
Go one block and turn right on E. 1st Street. We are at 309 at end of block on right.

From I-10 West and points South:
Exit at number 263. Look for Kino Parkway and take it north into town.
Kino will become Campbell as you cross Broadway. Go another mile and stay in left lane.
Turn left on Speedway and follow for two miles. Turn left on 4th Avenue.
Go one block and turn right on E. 1st Street. We are at 309 at end of block on the right.
