Ponderosa
Ponderosa - This room says Flagstaff. Restful green walls are trimmed with natural pine woodwork. Ponderosa pine furniture exudes warmth. The black iron bed is piled with pillows. And the rock-faced fireplace invites romance.
Kensington - is a lovely district is London
where the innkeeper and her daughter have stayed in B & B's and first got the B & B bug. Snuggle down in the mahogany finish sleigh bed that is covered with a garden of flowers on a blue background and enjoy the glow of the gas fireplace across the room. This is a "pretty" room without being "fussy."

Nantucket
She may be known in real life as the "Gray Lady", but this little island is all summer and light. The light oak latticed sleigh bed invites you to snuggle down and either watch the fireplace glow or perhaps a classic movie from the innkeepers' collection of videos. A potted container of hydrangeas (famous on Nantucket) greet you as you enter one of your two private entrances.
Bungalow Room - This charming room decorated in the 'Mission Style' and is just as cozy as it can be. The comfy queen-sized bed is dressed in luxuriously soft cotton linens and a plump down comforter. The ensuite bath has a 2-person jacuzzi tub and a separate shower as do all of our rooms. Add a gas fireplace and the setting is ready for romance!

Rates:
Rates range from $119 to $179 per night depending on day of the week, season, holidays and length of your stay. Please call for the current
rate for the dates you are interested in. There is no variation in price among our four rooms.
Rates are for double occupancy -- single occupancy is $10 off quoted rate.
City tax of 3.6% will be added to the total.
There is a two night minimum on weekends and holidays beginning with Memorial Day Weekend and continuing through the 3rd week of October.

Conifer House is a non-smoking inn both inside and out.
Although the innkeepers LOVE children, they have designed it with couples in mind and cannot accommodate the little ones.
We're sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets. We can certainly help you find a local kennel that can.
Deposit Information: A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total stay needs to be paid to Conifer House two weeks prior to your arrival date. This can be done by personal check, travelers' check or by credit card (we accept Visa, and MasterCard). If you are making a reservation less than two weeks out, you can use a credit card to guarantee your reservation. Balance is due at check-in.

that is less than 7 days out, please give us a call at the toll-free phone
number for faster service.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations need to be made 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit less a $15 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date: the policy will be specified for you on your reservation confirmation. *For special event weekends and holidays, the cancellation period will be 7 days prior, rather than 72 hours.
