• To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equal to one night or fifty percent of the charge for your total visit (whichever is greater).
• We accept checks and all major credit cards.
• If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded only if notification is received 14 days prior to your arrival date, minus a $15 service fee.
• On shorter notice, credit or a gift certificate will be issued if we are able to rent the accommodations to others.
• Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of late arrivals or early departures.
• Check-in: 3 - 6 p.m.; Check-out: 11a.m., unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Well-supervised children over the age of 8 years are welcome in the individual units.
• Smoking is restricted to the patios and designated outdoor areas.
