Enthusiastic hostess welcomes guests to a private guest suite with private entrance, attached but separate from the main house. Everything is appealing from the spacious suite to the cactus garden and oasis in the backyard to the peaceful patio with a fountain and fireplace. The Clifton House B&B is close to a public pool, public golf, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Tempe, the Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Gardens and the Sky Harbor Airport. We are also conveniently three blocks from a walking and jogging path along the canal. Less time for commuting, more time for fun!

The guest suite has a comfortable large sofa and occasional chairs, bay window, East Indian carved screens, plush carpeting, brass and glass tables, cable TV, private phone with answering machine and queen bed. The bathroom includes a Mexican tile bath with shower. The kitchenette has white cabinets, a refrigerator, microwave, and stainless steel sinks, and there is a drop-leaf dining table with two captain's chairs.

Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred. For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
