General Policies
  • A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Groups of two or more rooms agree to a non-refundable one night deposit per room.
  • Cancellation: A $35 fee applies if you change or cancel your stay. In addition, if an unfortunate circumstance requires you to cancel in the 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, and, we are unable to re-rent the room, you agree to forfeit your first night deposit.
  • Check-out 11 am.
  • Check-ins 3-6 pm, or later with prior arrangements.
  • A minimum stay may apply on weekends, holidays, and during special events.
  • Rates do not include 12% tax.
  • Smoking is allowed in designated exterior areas only. You may smoke on your private balcony/porch only if the door to your room is closed and smoke does not affect other guests.
  • Any special rates, if applicable, must be requested at the time of reservation.
  • Extra person $30/night if available.
  • Sorry, no children under 12 years.
  • Sorry, we do not accept pets.
