Introduction
Come see the new Cactus Cove Botanical Garden right in our front patio. 28 different cactus and native plants labeled for your viewing enjoyment. So you can identify the beautiful Sonoran Desert landscape.
Cactus Cove is an Eco-Friendly Inn. The Botanical Garden requires very little water usage. I have filled the 5 fountains at Cactus Cove with cactus to conserve on water. There is no grass on the 3 acres. No street lights so you can see the all stars at night.

Cactus Cove Tucson Bed & Breakfast Inn is Conveniently Located. A completely different world from main Tucson, but only minutes from great restaurants and tourist attractions like Aqua Caliente Park, Arizona Historical Society Museum, Arizona State Museum, Biosphere2, Botanical Gardens, Colossal Cave, Tucson Museum of Art, Titan Missile Museum, Pima Air and Space Museum, Sonora Desert Museum, Saguaro National Park, Mt. Lemmon, Kitt Peak National Observatory, just to name a few.
Cactus Cove is located in a sparsely populated area of Tucson, the quiet is our most noticeable quality. The sounds are the sounds of desert animals and birds - coyotes, doves, quail, roadrunners, hummingbirds. Most of the property and surrounding area is covered with the native vegetation of the desert.
Cactus Cove Bed & Breakfast Inn occupies over three acres in a secluded Sonoran Desert setting. We are close to many of Tucson's tourist attractions, and restaurants are only 10 minutes away. There are panoramic views of the Catalina Mountains to the north, the Rincons to the east and the Santa Ritas to the south.
The Home is an adobe brick ranch house that was built in the 60's and completely remodeled in 1998. It retains its Spanish hacienda character with saltilo tile floors, and colors of the desert displayed in all the rooms.
Outside there is a large covered patio with fireplace and many panoramic views. There is also a pool with natural rock borders and a waterfall. There are additional decks and courtyards within the oasis or out in the acreage for sunning, tanning, reading, relaxing or observing the desert plant and wildlife.
Inside there is a great room, where a full gourmet breakfast can be taken. It is furnished in Spanish colonial style with massive oak furniture, oriental carpets, and occasional antique pieces. It is perfect for reading, meditation, relaxation or socializing. There are views through large windows to the Catalina Mountains and Thimble Peak from both rooms.

Would love to have you stay at Cactus Cove. I am a traveler myself, having been to many places in the United States as well as Mexico, Europe, Russia, China, Bali, Israel, Egypt, Greece, and India. Went to South Africa and Botswana on a safari in May 2005. Loved Capetown. I think traveling is one of the joys of life - experiencing different areas and their people. In January 2007 from New Zealand and Australia. Loved the opera house in Sydney and was able to attend an opera there. Just returned November 2008 from South America visiting Buenos Aires, Brazil, Chile and the tip of South American called Patagonia. Saw some unbelievable sights. This summer I saw the Mountain Gorillas in the wild in Rwanda. Rwanda is so safe and of course the gorillas were awesome. Would love to show you some pictures.
I invite you to visit the southwest and experience the Sonoran desert. We have some unbelievable sights here for you to enjoy. Moved here in 1996 from Denver, Colorado and have never looked back. I chose Tucson, Arizona out of the whole world. I love it here!! I had a women's clothing store for 23 years in a Denver suburb, Arvada. I still travel regularly to Paris and buy clothes especially for clients in Denver. I have been to Paris 55 times!
I gutted out a 1963 adobe home and put it back together plus a new addition. The whole process took one-and-a-half years. Cactus Cove is something I have created practically from scratch. I have before and after pictures and lots of stories to tell about my adventure. Would love to meet you and introduce you to this oasis.
