The Scottish hostess in consideration of these difficult financial times has chosen to present a lower tarrif on the rates for Ashton House. She offers a suite of rooms on the second floor of her lovely town home in a peaceful and quiet setting. It borders on a beautiful golf course, with far away mountains in the background. Nearby (across the street) there is a heated swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts. It offers easy access to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sky Harbor Airport. It is one mile from Paradise Valley Mall with restaurants, movies and shopping.

• Restrictions: Smoking outside, children 7+ who can swim are welcome. Small to medium sized pets allowed with prior approval.
• Deposit and cancellation policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. Mi Casa Su Casa accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and personal and business checks. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, if this method of deposit is preferred, pending receipt of a check. For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge.
