Ashton House

This Scottish hostess offers a suite of rooms on the second floor of her lovely town home in a peaceful and quiet setting. It borders on a beautiful golf course, with far away mountains in the background. Nearby there is a heated swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts. It offers easy access to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sky Harbor Airport. It is one mile from Paradise Valley Mall with restaurants, movies and shopping.

• Location: Near 40th Street and Shea Blvd.

• Rates:
  • $150/night for 2 persons Sept. 1 - June 1.
  • $110/night for 2 persons; $75/night for 1 person June 1 - Sept. 1.
  • $25 for each extra person.
  • Special weekly and monthly rates.
• Breakfast: Full traditional breakfast. Special dietary needs may be accommodated.
• Pets in home: None
• Minimum stay: 2 nights preferred
• Maximum number of guests: 4
• Restrictions: Smoking outside, children 7+ who can swim are welcome. Small to medium sized pets allowed with prior approval.
• Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
  • Short term stays, pre-payment of 50% is required at time of reservation.
  • The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival.
  • Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards.
  • Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
  • At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
  • For long-term stays, each month's rent is due in advance to the host at the beginning of that month, due by the 3rd.
  • For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
