The main dwelling is a charming burnt adobe ranch house where you will check-in. Carol lives in this home in which the colors and textures of the Southwest abound in the rustic eclecticism of Carol's unique decoration style. You will see folk art, antiques, fossils, paintings and a library of over 300 cookbooks.

  • Behind the main house is an organic garden and greenhouse supplying hearty and delicious meals.
  • Behind the garden is the hen house made from driftwood and chicken wire, which takes on the air of a casual cathedral, but also provides a bounty of fresh eggs for the kitchen.

Aside from each room's distinctive characteristics, all rooms have separate outside entrances and private bathrooms with large walk-in saltillo tiled showers. Each room has a queen sized bed with cotton linens and down comforters. The rooms have a working wood burning fireplace, covered patio and small refrigerator and coffee-pot. All meals are included. Casita Rates and Guest Information
  • Casita Rate per night - $285 - Double Occupancy.
  • Casita rates subject to applicable tax rates.
  • Rates include private entry casitas, all amenities and all meals.
  • Minimum two night stays for weekends and holidays.
  • Confirmed reservations require 50% deposit in advance. Payment is completely refundable with one month's cancellation notice. Cancellation anytime thereafter will result in forfeiture of deposit.
  • Methods of payment: Cash, Personal Check or Business Check.
  • Check-in time is 12:30 p.m. Should you need a later check-in time, please apprise the Innkeeper of your agenda.
  • Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
  • Aravaipa Farms requests that you smoke outside on the patios.
  • Pets are not permitted. Talk to your Innkeeper if you wish to bring children. Because the Inn offers the ultimate in privacy and escape from the technology of the outside world - mixing adults seeking quiet along with children's natural love for play may not make the most ideal combination. However, if you wish to book all five Casitas for a family reunion or multiple family and friend get-togethers, they are more than welcome.
  • Limited handicapped accessibility is available, please discuss your special needs with the Innkeeper.
