We think that our Alta Vista Bed and Breakfast Inn of Tucson, Arizona is a great value! Our room rates include the following Inn amenities: Afternoon tea and a snack at your afternoon check in. Dinner menus, recommendations and reservations upon request. Wonderful handmade soap and special turndown service. Self serve hot tea is always available in our dining area. During cooler weather enjoy a good book or play a game while you cozy up in the living room next to the wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the stars from the hot tub and pool with beautiful views of the mountains, desert and valley below. Also included in our rates are 2 for 1 admission to The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Pima Air & Space Museum, Kartchner Caverns State Park and many more! Just ask us. We also do special requests breakfasts created with our own fresh eggs from our own hens, our own B&B grown organic fruits, herbs, homemade jams and jellies. Be sure to meet our pet roadrunner, Roadie and our sweet loving little dog, Emma. We hope to meet you soon. We love to pamper our guests!

  • The South of the Border Room: $145 per Night
  • The Santa Fe Room: $145 per Night

Reservation Information & Policies

  • Check In Time 3 pm (Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 3 PM as we will be waiting for your arrival with a homemade goodie and a beverage)
  • Check Out By 11 am
  • Rates are based on Single or Double Occupancy.
  • A 50% deposit check is required. We will hold your room reservation with your credit card only until we receive your check for the 50% deposit.
  • The remaining balance will be due upon check-in. You may pay by cash, check or travelers checks.
  • Cancellation Policy 2 week notice required for a refund of your deposit, otherwise the charge is 50% of the total room charge.
  • Single night stays require full payment in advance.
  • No other pets allowed as we have a very friendly poodle mix.
  • Mature Children are Welcome.
  • We are a non-smoking Inn.
