A gracious hostess welcomes guests to a beautiful, spacious burnt adobe brick home with tile roof built in 1982. Decorated with a southwestern motif, this home is located in the Santa Catalina Mountain Foothills with wonderful mountain and city views. In a quiet residential neighborhood, it is great for the one or two mile walker. Conveniently located - 15 minutes to the University of Arizona, five minutes to shopping and restaurants, and 20 minutes to the downtown historic district.

• Rates: $110. One nights' stay add $10. Third person - sofa bed - $25.
• Maximum Number of Guests: 2.
• 2-night stays are preferred.
• Smoking outside, no pets, children 10+ (swimmers).
• Check-in: 4 - 6 P.M. unless otherwise arranged.
• Check-out: 11 A.M.
• Lightly handicapped accessible.
• Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation.
• The balance is due to the host in cash or traveler's checks upon arrival.
• At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
• Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards.
• Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
• For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date.
• All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge.
• For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
