This is a wonderful location ­ very close to galleries, shopping, and restaurants. Our beautiful sights of Tucson, such as the Sonora Desert Museum and Sabino Canyon, are only 20 to 30 minutes away. This is a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with great views of our four mountain ranges and of our city. It is perfect for a mile or two mile walk or close to more strenuous hiking trails ­ or simply relaxing on your own patio."

The Queen Room is in the main part of the house. Guests for this room enter through the front door. The Queen Room is a large room with beige carpeting. It has a comfortable queen wall bed, a private bath with tub and shower, a sofa, easy chair and TV. There is a private exit through sliding glass doors to the pool and patio which has an overview of Tucson.

• King Room: $110. Third person: sofabed - $25. Queen Room: $95. One night's stay: add $10.
• Maximum Number of Guests: 2.
• 2-night stays are preferred.
• Smoking outside, no pets, children 10+ (swimmers).
• Check-in: 4 - 6 P.M. unless otherwise arranged.
• Check-out: 11 A.M.
• Lightly handicapped accessible.
• Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation.
• The balance is due to the host in cash or traveler's checks upon arrival.
• At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
• Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards.
• Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
• For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date.
• All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge.
• For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
