General Information
All rates are double occupancy unless indicated otherwise.
Weekends, holidays and special travel times require minimum 2 day stay.
Some holidays and special travel times require minimum 3 days stay.
Additional person add $35. We are a family friendly destination!
Rates include a bountiful gourmet breakfast, complimentary beverages, and afternoon refreshments served from 4 to 5 p.m.
Rates do not include 12.3% room tax. 9.3% Sales Tax on retail sales and dinners or Gratuities
Check-In Time is 3 to 6 p.m., or as arranged.
Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
We regret we cannot accept pets.
Smoking is restricted to the room balconies.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Emergency Travel Cancellation - You do not lose your money - you get a gift certificate for the value of your reservation which is fully transferable but restricted as to time and dates. (Emergency must be national event or personal emergency verified by documentation, subject to approval of management)
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
Travel reservations will be held for a limited time and under certain restrictions, pending receipt of check.
Generally, allow for two night minimum on weekends and three night minimum on holidays.
Cancellations require 15 days notice prior to arrival date. If booking is for more than two rooms or for more than 5 days, cancellations require 30 days notice prior to arrival. If cancellation is made prior to the required time the charged amount will be refunded, less a $25 per room cancellation fee. If cancellation is within 15 or, if applicable, 30 days, of arrival date you will be obligated for the room, but we will make every effort to re-rent it. If we are able to re-rent the room you will be credited for the amount the room is re-rented for less a $25 cancellation fee. If a reservation is at a special rate and is designated as run of the house it must be paid in full at time of reservation and is non-cancelable and non-refundable.
50% of the total charges will be charged to your charge card on the day of your booking and the balance will be charged to your charge card 15 or if applicable 30 days prior to your arrival. If it is a one night booking 100% of the room charge will be charged to your charge card at the time of the booking. If the booking is made within 15 or, if applicable, 30 days prior to you arrival date, 100% of the room charge will be charged to your charge card at the time of the booking.
