This upscale restaurant is a favorite for tourists as well as residents. Using local ingredients, they create some of the best pasta dishes in the city. Speaking of city, during warm weather, if you need a place to throw a small party, then have it at the Rooftop at the Hotel deLuxe. This outside dining area, located on top of a parking garage, has an amazing view of Portland. Starting soon, Gracie's is going have separate menus for Spring and Summer. This seafood restaurant has some of the freshest fish in the city. The ambiance is old, with its fixtures and landscape paintings, but the dishes are inventive and creative.
