Harbor Links is a wonderful golf field, located in the eastern outskirts of Port Washington. It actually offers three separate golf courses. There is an 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole executive course and an 18-hole mini-golf course. The first one is a cart course, while the second ones are walking courses. All of the courses are surrounded by beautiful green scenery and the club itself was built on a former sand mine. The Harbor Links Golf Course is suitable both for beginners and advanced golfers, offering some of the best Port Washington golf possibilities around. The North Hempstead Country Club is one of the oldest golf clubs in the region, built back in 1916. This is a club with established traditions and access to it is restricted only to its members. The Plandome Country Club is a gorgeous English-style golf club formed in 1928, but its golf course was actually built in 1931. The golf course has 18 holes and is admired by professionals. In the past, it was acknowledged by names like David Hunter and Bobby Riggs. The Plandome Country Club is also the best place around for playing a game of golf in the winter. The staff is very friendly and you will surely enjoy a great Port Washington golf experience here.

The golf course is recognized for its wonderful championship tees. It is a challenging course and not suitable for beginners, but excellent for all advanced golfers. The golf course of the North Hills Country Club is exceptionally beautiful. The club is located a little over a mile away from Port Washington. The 18-hole golf course is surrounded by beautiful scenery, consisting of many tulip trees and oaks, and fresh green grass. Walking is easy here and you won't need a cart.
