The American Bounty Restaurant is one of the few restaurants that are operated by the Culinary Institute of America. It is situated in Roth Hall, which is the main building in the CIA campus, and it is a recipient of the Ivy Award from the "Restaurants and Institutions" magazine. The restaurant specializes in North and South American cuisine, and its delectable food is prepared by skilled student chefs of the institute.
