Your Tybee Island beach trip should include an ecology tour with marine biologist, Dr. Joe. The location of Tybee Island makes it prime territory for some amazing marine life. You will study habitats of the waters, the beach, and barrier reefs. Your trip will include finding fossils, maybe even some fossilized shark teeth, and collect live specimens. Dr. Joe will need some help pulling in a net from the water filled with ocean fish to examine, and that's just the beginning. This tour is really a great way to get to know the beach and its inhabitants. Call or email Dr. Joe to book your trip in advance.
