JeJu Sushi and Japanese Restaurant
238 South College Avenue
Fort Collins, CO 80524
Everyone knows that while sushi is great tasting, it can be a bit pricey for those on a budget. JeJu, a Japanese and Korean restaurant, has that problem solved with their $1 Sushi Lunch Menu. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Thursday, guests can have their sushi and eat it too, with such delectable flavors as super white tuna, flying fish egg and surf clam. Try a beef or chicken rice bowl with vegetables and teriyaki sauce. Local favorites are the Korean BBQ with vegetables & rice, lobster and vegetable tempura, and garlic chicken with green onions. For dessert, be adventurous and choose the tempura-fried ice cream or cheesecake. The average lunch tab here is between $7 and $8. Knowing you can eat without spending too much money should make for a happier vacation while staying at a Fort Collins bed and breakfast.
950 South Taft Hill Road
Fort Collins, CO 80521
BBOnline recommends Sri Thai, a true Thailand cuisine restaurant that offers delicious meals without guests having to pay high-end prices. Most entrees here cost between $6 and $7. Dinner service costs a little more because the entrees are bigger and the meat or tofu comes included in the dish. Stop by for some vegetarian dumplings with mixed vegetables and a plate of pad thai with shrimp or thai curry with tofu. If you want to take an order back to your room at your Fort Collins inn, then call ahead for a carry-out. Who knew that Fort Collins food could be this good?
