Idylwylde Golf and Country Club is located on beautiful Lake Ramsey near downtown Sudbury. This course opened in 1922 and has 6,600 yards of golfing pleasure. The restaurant offers a full menu of foods and wine. There are places for meetings, banquets and weddings also. The 18 hole golf course has amazing views of the lake, a driving range and pro shop to meet all of your needs. This pristine golf club has a dress code which must be followed. It also offers private lessons, junior golf, and tournaments. The clubhouse is open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily, and stays open until 9:00 p.m. on Friday evenings. Idylwylde is closed on Sundays.

Sixth Avenue Golf and Country Club is located just west of Sudbury in Lively, Ontario. This nine-hole course has water features and three tee-off areas which offer some challenge for the average golfer. This course is part of a bird sanctuary, so you will enjoy the beautiful wildlife while golfing. There is a cafe, meeting facilities and a pro shop for golfers to take advantage of. Enjoy special events each week such as ladies night or nine and dine evening. There are also tournaments and other special events at the course. You can golf from 6:00 a.m. to dark. This course is just down the road from your Sudbury bed and breakfast.
