Our cottages are thoughtfully appointed with a long list of amenities, all chosen with your comfort in mind.
Our cottages are non-smoking, and our gourmet 3-course breakfast with dessert is included in our rates.

Reservations
  • Deposit of 1/2 required at time of booking.
  • Visa, MasterCard, Debit/Check Card, or Discover accepted.
  • Checks (if reservation is 3 weeks or more before arrival) or Money Orders also accepted.
Cancellations
  • If cancellation occurs within 14 days of your arrival date you will be billed for any nights that we are unable to re-book.
  • Your credit card or cash deposit will be used to the extent necessary.
  • A $25 re-booking fee per cottage applies to all cancellations.
  • Because our bed and breakfast lodging in Eureka Springs, Arkansas is often booked to capacity we can offer no refunds for early departures or no shows.
Minimum Stay Requirement
  • Two nights for all weekend lodging, with a 3-night minimum stay required for certain special events and holidays.
  • All active Military receive a 10% discount on the cottage rate with valid ID. Please mention when making your reservations.
  • Smoking Permitted outdoors only.
  • Each cottage is limited to two people.
  • Sorry, but we cannot accommodate small children or pets.
  • Check in: 3 p.m.; Check out: 11 a.m. (Sunday 10:30 a.m.)
  • Our rates are subject to change and based upon availability.
