Rock Cottage Gardens is located just 4 blocks from the downtown Historic District, within walking distance. Our inn is also on the trolley route (passes available in our office), a great way to get around while staying in Eureka Springs Arkansas. During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful variety of area attractions. Rock Cottage Gardens had its beginnings in the 1930's as one of the village's first motor courts. Extensive renovations were made in 1992, transforming the cottages into the elegant and inviting spaces that they are today. The rough-hewn rock exteriors are still here, creating a quaint and unique setting unlike anything else in Eureka Springs. Truly one of the town's historic properties, our bed and breakfast's claim to fame is that it is the longest continually operated lodging facility in Eureka Springs. To make your stay at our award-winning Eureka Springs, Arkansas bed and breakfast more enjoyable, we will give you a map of our town upon arrival. Dining and activity information is also available from us and at the Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce. Don't forget to stop by the Chamber of Commerce and watch their short video of the history of Eureka Springs. We are located just a short 4 block walk from the Historic shopping district, or you can hop on a Trolley that will take you downtown. Mike and I believe as your innkeepers that we should offer you as much information about Eureka Springs as you need to insure that your stay with us meets and exceeds your expectations. |

If you come just to relax you can expect to see many varieties of birds, squirrels and even an occasional deer on our property. Enjoy the fountains and garden areas with many varieties of plants and trees. Come in the fall for the foliage color changes, not only at Rock Cottage Gardens Bed and Breakfast, but around Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake too. And don't forget to bring your camera and have your photo taken by our "old oak tree". The tree is 150 - 200 years old and has grown beside the Historic Rock Cottage since it was built in the early 1940's as one of the first motor courts. |

My wife and I invite you to an exceptional lodging experience at our Arkansas bed and breakfast. Debbie cooks, I serve, you eat and enjoy. We have fun with our guests in brilliant conversation discussing this or that. We came to Eureka Springs from the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas where I was in food distribution and Debbie was in Real Estate. Our children, five in all, are grown and scattered around the United States. We will never forget the Saturday when we first came to Eureka Springs and experienced a real "love at first sight". Eureka Springs attracted us with its lakes, historical district, Great Passion Play, and the Rock Cottage Gardens Bed and Breakfast. Within 24 hours of seeing the Inn we made the decision to buy. We believe it was a true revelation and blessing that gave us the faith and courage to leave our professions and enter into an opportunity to serve others through a Bed and Breakfast Inn. |

Each day our gourmet breakfast is a special time at our Arkansas Inn whether we're serving two guests or ten! Our gourmet breakfast might consist of Pecan Maple Glazed Pears, Quiche Supreme, Parmesan Potatoes and Ginger Crunch Cake with Strawberry sauce for dessert. Or Fresh Fruit salad with Devonshire Cream, Raspberry Cream Cheese stuffed French toast, Pecan Bacon and for dessert, Chocolate Apricot Torte. Or Cream of Apple Soup, Salmon Scrambled Eggs, Lemon Cream Scones and New York Cherry Cheesecake for dessert. Of course, all breakfasts are served with coffee, tea and juice.
