The Dashwood Warmly appointed in deep eggplant and gold, The Dashwood features a king bed with walnut headboard, triple mirrored vanity dresser, comfy chair, and TV/VCR. The sitting room offers a table and chairs and mini-bar. The powder room’s double door opens to expose the spa tub surrounded by mirrored walls and discretely hidden with a lace shower curtain. A formal pedestal sink stands across from the doors to the water closet. The outside door leads to the veranda with two authentic Kennedy rocking chairs that look out over downtown Eureka Springs Historic District.

As you step into The Cheshire you will be struck by the beauty of the vibrant Victorian stained glass panels above the large picture windows that look out through the trees and across the valley. Settle into the comfort of the large wing back chairs, take out a cool drink from your mini-bar and let your mind wander to what it must have been like to grow up in Cheshire, England, the place where many Victorian writers got their influence. Muted tones of the earth with a splash of soft hydrangea printed pillows on a sleeper sofa welcome you into Rivendell Cottage. A quaint staircase winds upstairs to the queen bedchamber and private bath. The bath has a large whirlpool spa for two, framed by two columns and antique stained glass. Open the paned-door and step out onto a private balcony surrounded by the green mossy rock and ferns of the Eureka hillside. East facing, this deck provides wonderful morning sun for sipping coffee on clear mornings.

  • Cheshire & Dashwood Bedchambers: $159 double occupancy, plus lodging tax.
  • Rivendell Cottage: $169 double occupancy, plus lodging tax.
  • Monday through Thursday discounts – except major holidays and special events.
  • First nights stay charged as deposit - for groups renting two or more rooms/cottages - 1/2 of total stay.
  • Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date for refund, less $25 fee. With less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit the full payment unless your room(s) can be re-rented for entire reservation.
  • No refunds available for early departures or no shows.
  • MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Discover, & cash accepted.
  • Check-in: 2 pm, by prearranged appointment, Check-out: 11 am.
  • Smoking permitted outside on the decks only.
  • Our apologies, we cannot accommodate children or pets.
