Introduction

Perry's Passin' Thru offers a unique niche for travelers... a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ranch that offers you the utmost privacy. Unlike 4+ bedroom establishments, here you have the place to yourselves. It is a home for you, your dog, horse or boat. More and more, we are traveling with our animals. Our pets are an extension of us and our families. It is difficult sometimes to find places that will accept animals. We are animal lovers and consider our animals "4 legged kids". Looking to go into town, go shopping or simply wander through the beautiful Ozark Mountains? You can leave your animals, boat and trailer here, they will be safe and secure while you venture out.

If you just need a place to rest your head, enjoy some solitude overlooking our beautiful view, this is the place you've been looking for. The sunset hitting the bluffs over the lake is a spectacular sight to see. My father's cattle calving season is between October and December, so you may see a few newborn! The leaves are changing and offer a view that is indescribable.

Our ranch is located minutes from Springdale, Fayetteville, War Eagle Fair and Eureka Springs to name a few. With over 100 acres of pasture land, you have a beautiful place to exercise your horse or dog and board overnight, go fishing and not worry about your animals. On the rear deck you have a picturesque view overlooking Beaver Lake. Public boat ramps are only 15 minutes away. War Eagle Marina is only 3 miles down the lake from our ranch.

We have built relationships with many of the local fishing guides and can offer locations and contact information. We are very proud of the area we call home. Northwest Arkansas has an abundant list of arts, crafts, hiking, camping and sightseeing, just to name a few...
  • Eureka Springs: "America's Victorian Village" preserves turn-of-the-century charm with shopping and dining in its historic downtown and the bed and breakfasts that surround it. Relics of the city's past can be viewed at the Historical Museum.
  • Northwest Arkansas is home for Wal-Mart, Tysons & JB Hunt and is considered one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. Go Hogs!
  • Beaver Lake is well known for its striper fishing. There are many scheduled bass tournaments throughout the year. These professional guides can help you catch your trophy!
We are located 5 miles east of Springdale, off of Highway 412 East, will pass Valero Convenience Store / Restaurant, look for the Perry's Passin' Thru sign on your left. Get in the center turn lane and make a left just past the house on the corner onto CR 399. You will see a Perry Road sign & a Dead End sign on the corner. If you go over the bridge, you have missed the turn.

From Huntsville, you take Highway 412, pass Hindsville, pass Nob Hill, go over the bridge and you will see a blue county road sign marker "399". Make an immediate right onto the paved road. You will see a "Dead End" sign & a "Perry Road" sign. Drive approximately 3 miles and you will see the stone/cedar house & lake on your left.
