| Your breakfast starts off with fresh fruit, like Blueberries and Cream or Cantaloupe with Blackberry Peach Puree and some of Jan's fresh baked muffins. For your main course Richard may serve one of his specially created savory egg dishes like Eggs Mornay, Baked Tarragon Eggs or Herbed Ham and Cheddar Frittata. For a sweet dish, he has created a special version of Crème Brule French Toast, French Toast with Orange Rum Bananas and Pancakes with Maple Caramelized Apples. To finish off your breakfast, Jan has right from the oven baked desserts like cakes, pies, brownies or some other delightful dessert to make your taste buds dance a happy dance. Her Chocolate Amaretto Cake and Fruit Tart are guest favorites. |
