Calico Rock offers a queen and twin bed, private sitting area, and a shower for two with body sprays. This room is handicap accessible and can also sleep three persons. The Calico Rock and Possum Grape rooms may be combined into a family suite. $137 - $177

• First night stay charged to credit card at time of reservation.
• One night reservations: we cannot guarantee a specific room for 1 night stays, although we will attempt to accommodate your request. If necessary, we reserve the right to move your 1 night reservation to a room of equal or higher value. Cancellation policy: with more than 14 days notice, deposit refunded less $25 cancellation fee. If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount for all nights will be charged. If the room nights are re-booked, a credit for a future stay will be given. No refund for early departures.
• Total Non-smoking environment. As of 9/15/07, no smoking permitted on the property, including the gardens and parking lot. $250 damage deposit charged to any guest not following the NO SMOKING policy.
• All rooms accommodate 2 persons, with the exception of the Calico Rock Room. Calico Rock can sleep 3 persons. Extra person charge is $35 per night.
