In addition to being a part of the actual 1902 Victorian Cottage, the Spring Gate room has its own private entrance and front sitting porch. Spring Gate also offers a beautiful view of our rock garden and waterfall.

The room is situated on the lower level of the main cottage and has its own entrance for complete privacy. A French door opens to a private deck and sitting area with tranquil forest views.

Complete privacy is promised in this cozy cottage that stands alone on the property’s edge. From its own wrap-around deck-- complete with outdoor furniture-- that overlooks the lush forest and Ozarks beyond, guests have seen our "resident Bambi" and white squirrels (yes—"white" squirrels—unique to Eureka Springs)!

Inspired by the palette of Ralph Lauren cottage colors of soft green, gold, lavender and rose in bed linens and towels, this carriage house reflects a relaxed lifestyle and the personality of a romantic country weekend. Tobe Smith Cottage has its own private bath with Jacuzzi and shower, compete with plush robes and bath salts. This cozy room is filled with delightful cottage antiques and accessories, queen size bed with pillow top mattress, Cable TV/VCR and a large collection of "in room" movies for your enjoyment.

Because we love to pamper you at Hidden Springs, a complementary sparkling beverage and a dessert are delivered each evening to your cottage, and a large gourmet breakfast is delivered to you each morning. This cozy carriage house and the grounds at Hidden Springs are a combination of the best of town and country in one unique setting.

• Deposit requirements: money order/cash for 1 night or 1 night charged to credit card to hold.
• In-season weekends require a 2-night minimum.
• Check in time: 3 p.m.; Check out time: 11 a.m.
• Cancellation must be made 14 days or more in advance of your arrival date to receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
  • If cancellation is made less than 14 days before your reserved date, you will forfeit full payment unless your rooms can be re-rented for the entire reservation.
  • NO refunds for early departures, room changes or no shows.
• Gift certificates are available and must be used within 1 year.
• Our rooms are strictly smoke-free, smokers are welcome to use the outdoor rock garden area.
