Genny Jane's Bed and Basket - Berryville, Arkansas Genny Jane's Bed & Basket is nestled in historic and quiet Berryville, Arkansas and offers travelers a lovely alternative to chain motels and fast food restaurants. Guests enjoy a suite of two bedrooms, private bath, and comfy sitting room. You are always our only guest and you get all the attention you want. A breakfast basket is served featuring such delectable delights as homemade baked breads, fresh fruit, coffee, teas and juice.

Genny Jane's fresh baked cookies are so incredible that we now offer them in all occasion gift baskets. Cookies available are White Chocolate/Cranberry, Ginger Snaps (Prissy's), Peanut Butter Heaven, Grandma's Holiday Sugar, and Crispy Oatmeal. Baskets are made fresh when ordered and can be delivered locally.

Genny Jane's is located close to the downtown square within walking distance of museums, antique shops, and the farmers' market. The Berryville Community Center is 5 blocks away and offers workout equipment, racquet ball courts, indoor pool and track, all for 3 dollars per day. Many guests enjoy walking a couple of blocks to the movies on a weekend evening or just relaxing on the front porch watching the world go by.

Whether you need a quiet get-away or want a central location to explore the Ozarks, we can take care of you. We have started an orchard, and may have raspberries that need picking when you get here. Remember Grandma's (or Great-Grandma's) house? It always smells like cookies baking at Genny Jane's. Berryville is close to the Osage River, the King's River, and Beaver Lake. Eureka Springs Arkansas is just 15 minutes away, and Branson, Missouri is an easy day trip. Come and enjoy the beautiful Ozark hills with us.

Rates and Policies
  • Price of $90 includes 2 adults.
  • Children under 10 stay free!
  • An additional $20 charge for extra adult.
  • Maximum number of adults is three.
  • Genny Jane's is a non-smoking residence.
    However, guests may enjoy smoking while relaxing on the front porch.
  • We accept personal checks and cash.
  • A deposit of $50 is requested at the time reservation is placed.
  • The deposit will be returned if cancellation occurs 48 hours in advance.
