A private balcony with a view of the woods is just one of the extras you will enjoy. The Olivia Honeymoon Suite has a very romantic flair and comes with a King Size Bed, Two-Person Jacuzzi, Gas Fireplace, Private Entrance, Private Bath with Tub and Shower, Cable TV with HBO, VCR/DVD/CD player with free use of our Movie Library, Ceiling Fan, In-Room Phone with free local calling, Coffeemaker, Refrigerator, Microwave, Ironing Board and Iron and Hairdryer. Rekindle with your loved one in the romantic Olivia Honeymoon Suite at our Eureka Springs Bed and Breakfast retreat. $149 per night, plus tax. One-night stays are $10 extra, when available.

For more traditional victorian Eureka Springs bed and breakfast furnishings and decor, the Morgan Suite is furnished with a King bed, Jacuzzi for two, Fireplace, private bath with tub & shower, Cable TV with HBO, VCR/DVD/CD player with free movies, refrigerator, microwave, in-room phone and private deck. The Morgan Suite has a vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace with antique mantle. It also is furnished with antique tables, buffet and wardrobe. The wing-back chairs by the fireplace are great for reading or relaxing. The warm glow of the fireplace and the swirling bubbles in the jacuzzi will make your Eureka Springs bed and breakfast experience memorable. $159 per night, plus tax. The Sabrina Suite is great for a romantic getaway at our Eureka Springs Bed and Breakfast retreat. Rates: $139 per night, plus tax. One-night stays are $10 extra, when available.

• Cancellation requires 14 days notice prior to the reservation date for deposit refund minus a $25 cancellation fee or exchange for a gift certificate with no penalty.
• Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be issued a gift certificate good for one year in the amount of your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
• A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds for early departure or No-Shows.

• No Pets and Smoking is permitted outside only. A minimum of $250 will be charged if anyone brings a pet or smokes in your room during your stay.
